Sticky mat

MICROCOSM CONTROLLER CLEANROOM STICKY MAT  is a 30ply contamination control tacky mat that effectively removes dust and dirt on contact. It is composed of 30 easy  to peel-off disposable sticky mat sheets, which are especially  designed to meet cleanroom needs. The number of mat layers can be customized according to customer requirement. It  removes over 99% of all foot-borne contaminationparticles  from entering the critical environment.

Physical Description:  

A. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive – The adhesive is acrylic-based and contains a non- toxic  anti-microbial additive. It has excellent adhesion properties and the adhesive strength per  ply for the bottom layer is 600.0 + 50 g /25mm and 350.0 + 50 g/25mm for the upper  layers.  Film – The film is a priority blend of polyethylene resins. Each ply measures 0.03mm, 0.035mm,0.04mm,0.045mm,0.05mm in  thickness.  

B. Tabs – The pull-tabs are consist of polyolefin film and are numbered consecutively from  30 to 1, which prevents accidentally pulling off more than one sheet.
